Please find below a list of the current countries and other areas, including an intergovernmental organization, that are eligible to participate in the Fulbright Specialist Program. To access the website of the Fulbright Commission or U.S. Embassy that currently oversees the program in a given location, simply find the appropriate region and click on the name of the country or area.
Please note that prospective host institutions must contact the Fulbright Commission or U.S. Embassy in their country or area for information about the application process and access to the online application portal. Each Fulbright Commission or Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy determines host institution recruitment and selection processes in participating countries.
